The video below outlines the process to creation new accounts - or update existing accounts - on the NGBS Online Portal. Note that many verifiers (names, company association, contact information) were imported from the NGBS database as part of the migration to the online portal, so you may already have a portal account even if you have never previously registered for an account. If this is the case, you will receive a message during the registration process indicating that you need to reset your password.

If you receive a message that an account with that email address already exists, click here to reset your password.
Once you have completed the registration process or have reset your password, you will be able to login directly to the portal.
