AXIS technical support is available in a variety of ways:
Email: Send email to "firstname.lastname@example.org". Sending an email to AXIS Support will automatically create a support ticket which may be tracked via the AXIS support portal.
Phone: Call 1-800-980-AXIS (1-800-980-2947). If a support agent is not available, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Online: When logged into the AXIS platform, a "Help" widget is available in the bottom right corner of each web page. Click the "Help" bar, populate, and submit the form and an AXIS support ticket will automatically be created which may be tracked via this AXIS support portal.
Chat: Real-time chat is not yet supported.
